Localidad visitada, aprovechando la salida del Camino de Santiago Ingles y que en menos de un día se puede recorrer los puntos más interesantes y que son numerosos.

• El Barrio de la Magdalena.– Este barrio producto de la decisión de rey Borbón Felipe V, se configuro con seis líneas de calles horizontales, que a su vez de forma perpendicular son atravesadas con otras 9 conformando una retícula (octogonal) regular de bloques y dejando dos grandes plazas.
• Plaza de Armas. Con el edificio del Ayuntamiento, majestuosa obra de 1953 de estilo imperialista neoclásico.
• Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores.- Levantada en la Plaza de Amboage en la segunda mitad del s. XVIII por la congregación que lleva su nombre. Plaza Eduardo Pondal,
• La Plaza Eduardo Pondal, con la Capitanía Naval, El Parador Nacional, y un artístico crucero.
• Parroquia Castrense de San Francisco.- Templo del S. XVIII, con tres naves de planta rectangular y cruz latina.
• Las instalaciones militares del Arsenal, Centro de Instrucción de Marinería. Museo Naval, Baluartes, etc. fue una de las empresas más difíciles de la España de la Ilustración.
• La Concatedral de San Julián.- Este templo con los estilos neoclásico y manierista, lo proyecto también un ingeniero de la marina en 1763 sobre los restos de su templo románico se empezó a construir en 1765 y en 7 años quedo finalizado. Pose planta de cruz griega y está cubierto con una gran cúpula.
• Teatro Jofre.– Este singular edificio fue inaugurado en 1892 con una planta en forma de herradura, dispone de una acústica perfecta para todo tipo de actuaciones.
• La ruta de las Meninas en el barrio Canido, notorias intervenciones en espacios abandonados del mismo, decorados con murales principalmente “velazqueños”
• Y sus parques, jardines, y alameda Suances.

• Paroisse militaire de San Francisco.- Temple du XVIIIe siècle, avec trois nefs rectangulaires et une croix latine.
• Les installations militaires de l’Arsenal, Centre de Formation au Matelotage. Musée Naval, Bastions, etc. Ce fut l’une des entreprises les plus difficiles de l’Espagne des Lumières.
• La Co-Cathédrale de San Julián.- Ce temple aux styles néoclassiques et maniéristes, a également été conçu par un ingénieur naval en 1763 sur les restes de son temple roman. La construction a commencé en 1765 et a été achevée en 7 ans. Elle a un plan en croix grecque et est couverte d’une grande coupole.

• Exerzierplatz. Mit dem Rathausgebäude, einem majestätischen Bauwerk aus dem Jahr 1953 im neoklassizistischen imperialistischen Stil.
• Kirche Unserer Lieben Frau der Schmerzen. – Erbaut an der Plaza de Amboage in der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts. XVIII von der Gemeinde, die seinen Namen trägt. Eduardo Pondal-Platz,
• Eduardo Pondal Plaza mit dem Marinekapitän, dem Nationalparador und einer künstlerischen Kreuzfahrt.
• Militärgemeinde San Francisco. – Tempel aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit drei rechteckigen Schiffen und einem lateinischen Kreuz.
• Die militärischen Einrichtungen des Arsenals, Seamanship Training Center. Marinemuseum, Bastionen usw. Es war eines der schwierigsten Unterfangen im Spanien der Aufklärung.
• Die Co-Kathedrale von San Julián. – Dieser Tempel im neoklassizistischen und manieristischen Stil wurde 1763 ebenfalls von einem Schiffsingenieur auf den Überresten seines romanischen Tempels entworfen und wurde innerhalb von 7 Jahren fertiggestellt. Es hat den Grundriss eines griechischen Kreuzes und ist mit einer großen Kuppel bedeckt.
• Jofre Theater. – Dieses einzigartige Gebäude wurde 1892 mit einem hufeisenförmigen Grundriss eingeweiht und verfügt über eine perfekte Akustik für Aufführungen aller Art.
• Die Las Meninas-Route im Viertel Canido, bemerkenswerte Eingriffe in dort verlassene Räume, hauptsächlich mit „Velazqueño“-Wandgemälden geschmückt.
• Und seine Parks, Gärten und die Avenue Suances.
